Alex is passionate about helping people get the best start in life by providing psychological support to children, young people, and families. He has over 10 years experience working with children and adolescents in many settings and continues to be energised by the spark that young people bring to a room. 

He has a Master of Educational and Developmental Psychology (UWA) and experience working with children and young people, from Perth and Melbourne, to the Kimberley, Pilbara and Arnhem Land.

Alex aims to provide high quality care and personalised, friendly service to young people and their families. He works in line with his core values of an individualised approach for each person, focusing on genuine human connection, being passionate about his work, utilising evidence based approaches, and providing a safe experience for people of all backgrounds, genders and beliefs.

Alex utilises psychological techniques from a range of therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Family Therapy. He aims to support recovery by providing a safe environment, choices about care, and a collaborative approach to treatment.
