Taking a client centred approach, Sarah draws on training in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, mindfulness-based therapies such as Hakomi, Narrative Therapy, Dialectic Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
